Our Wood Edition stainless steel bottles are made from 91% recycled stainless steel – this saves up to 75% CO₂ compared to primary steel (Source: World Steel Association & German Federal Environment Agency).
Part of the production runs on green electricity from our own photovoltaic system, with an annual yield of 800,000 kWh and a CO₂ saving of 205 tons – this corresponds to 2,388 trees planted.

As soon as we hand over the order to the responsible parcel service, we will send an email with a tracking link. This allows you to easily track the status of every order at any time.
Should a product not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused.
Important:
Personalized products – such as drinking bottles with individual engraving – are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return, as they are specially manufactured according to your wishes.
Of course, we will replace personalized items free of charge if they arrive faulty or damaged.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should this not be the case, you can of course return your order or part of it to us.
Please note, however, that personalized items (e.g., engraved water bottles) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These products are individually manufactured according to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged – unless the item has a defect or manufacturing flaw.
Non-personalized items can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
